1. Digital Service Description

Speak To Heaven is a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) digital platform operated by RIDGWELL SERVICES LIMITED. The platform provides a simulated interface for users to interact with Artificial Intelligence (AI) representations of religious figures. This is a purely digital entertainment and educational product.

2. AI Limitations & Historical Disclaimer

The AI "Voices" are computer-generated approximations based on historical data. They do not possess actual memories or consciousness. The AI may generate factually incorrect historical data (hallucinations). The service should not be used as a primary source for academic research.

3. Payment Terms & Cardholder Disclosure

All payments are processed as one-time transactions. To ensure security, all transactions are subject to 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. Charges will appear on your bank statement as: STHCHARGE. All listed prices are in British Pounds (£).

The Company offers three distinct access tiers for the digital archive:

Access to the historical simulations is delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment verification. No physical shipping is required.

6. Chargebacks & Refund Policy

By purchasing access, you request immediate delivery. You acknowledge that your 14-day "cooling-off" period expires the moment digital access is granted. Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as a breach of contract.

Users are prohibited from generating hate speech, attempting to "jailbreak" the AI, scraping content, or using the AI to provide fraudulent professional advice.

9. Protection of Vulnerable Users

Users experiencing mental health crises are encouraged to use the service only for light educational purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts demonstrating self-harm ideation.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime as the service depends on third-party AI providers. Maintenance may occur periodically.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or fraudulent payment attempts.

12. Dispute Handling & Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
